I had the opportunity of helping on mi nephew Diego's Birthday. All sports was the theme and it was so much fun!!..

I  baked my favorites for the school's bake sale this friday, alfajores filled with dulce de leche, some with coconut on the side, others with grounded pecan nut and other plain.

Here comes easter  and we couldn't miss the chance of  baking bunny cookies. They are as good as they look, and I think they look really good!!...Hope you like them...

OK..I found a new recipe a little different from what I use. Today I am trying it. This cookies are so temperamental ,sometimes i just want to give up baking them, but I am hooked!!... I just can't. They look so pretty and they taste soooo gooood!!!.. anyway... I think i am in the mood for a mocha flavor!!..
Let see how it goes!!

My cookies....

Alfajores....soft crumbling cookies filled with dulce de leche or nuttela. They can be covered in dark, milk or white chcolate. They may come just with a little toasted coconut or frounded pecan on the sides..any way they are really good!!

here they are...pretty little things.Almond-meringue coookies filled with a light and fluffy orange infused buttercream...yumm!!

They may be not perfect, but I am very proud of the result!!
